With 20 years experience as a change agent in the fields of social work, customer service, and personal liability, Melissa founded Empowered Service to bridge the gaps in professional development oriented solely around productivity and sales. Empowered Service emphasizes the very real impact of human connection and offers teams and individuals the space to transform distress in the workplace into meaningful context that supports their professional growth.

 

Empowered Service offers customized group coaching programs, individualized coaching, and presentations on issues that speak to the human side of business. Melissa brings her skills and expertise into the process of co-creating programming with her clients to infuse their hopes, strengths, and challenges for immediate results.  In this work, Melissa helps individuals and teams remove the mental blocks, overcome conflict, and transform perspectives to be more effective in serving their communities in the ways that light them up.

 

Her coaching training includes modalities from the Co-Active Training Institute, CRR Global’s Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, and The Institute for Coaching Mastery.  Whether working one-on-one or in groups, Empowered Service engages participants in creating a new approach to build balance and freedom in everyday life.
