The Empowered Service approach incorporates cutting edge practices from the ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) and Co-Active Coaching models, offering hands-on learning grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, and more. The overarching goal of team coaching is to reveal to the team their strengths, uncover the root causes of their challenges, and give voice to all individuals in pursuit of creating a high-performing team.

How a group responds to the personal experiences of its members, prioritizes communication, and holds one another accountable in achieving their shared goals.
How each individual connects with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. There is no one size fits all approach, every team has it's own unique identity and culture.
