Empowered Service offers a dynamic approach to training and development for your team. These foundations workshops are a way to engage with our team to find if Empowered Service is a fit for your team.

The general format of these workshops includes a getting to know you portion, with a deep-dive into what the strengths and challenges you are facing as a whole. The purpose of these sessions is for your team to engage in activities that help break them out of old habits, learn a new skill or two, and become more familiar with our facilitation style.

Think of it as a "meet and greet", but one where you will walk away knowing more than you did coming in. From there we'll debrief and decide if Empowered Service is a good fit for you.
